With over 17 years of experience, he has a proven history of helping organizations establish and reinforce their standards and improve results in all aspects of HSE. Also, as a safety leader, Deric has implemented strategies to raise awareness, change behavior and create a culture of safety. Along the way Deric has been fortunate to have some of the best mentors in the industry. Working collaboratively with individuals and teams, he has helped organizations reach and maintain the goal of lowering their T.R.I.R.

Onto his next venture, Deric is sharing his passion for safety and wellbeing though learning and development. Dixon Safety Solutions is a family owned and operated company that specializes in accredited Veriforce PEC, SafeLand, SafeGulf, H2s Clear Energy, as well as other workplace safety training courses. DSS offers on-site, instructor-led, and nationwide online training options.
